Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Senior account executive to manage our account portfolio and supervise our account executives team.
For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As a Senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term relationships and partnerships with prospects and current customers in order to drive new business, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process to drive conversion.
  • Follow our internal sales process and utilize your previous experience, industry benchmarking, and a test and learn approach to determine the most efficient and effective way to generate leads and convert leads.
  • Ensure the sales function has a focus on constant improvement for both the outcome (conversion) and the experience of customers throughout the journey.
  • In collaboration with the Account Manager(s), define the offers and produce proposals for customers that address their needs and goals, delight and inspire them, and are within Wow Labz’s capability and service offering.
  • Be an internal expert on sales practices and processes and share sales expertise as required.
  • Contribute sales requirements and feedback to the creation of sales collateral.
  • Provide feedback to management on the quality of leads generated through marketing activity.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on website conversion performance.
  • Remain up-to-date on trends and current best practices in sales, and our target industries including Blockchain and AI.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of patience and ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Experience in sales ranging between 5-7 years with international selling experience.
  • Experience in new business sales.
  • Experience with Web3, Blockchain, and/or Cryptocurrency technologies or demonstrate curiosity to pick up things on the go.
