Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone passionate about creating value for customers and is experienced with sales in the IT Services sector.
For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential.
Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hunting and closing opportunities to exceed sales goals
- Generate leads and close opportunities with strategic prospects across multiple products and services.
- Present our products and services to current, former, and potential clients through cold calling, warm calling, email, social media activities, and in person.
- Record and monitor the success of all sales activities by detailing information on all activities in our internal CRM tools.
- Expertly manage complex sales cycles while creating satisfied and long-term customers
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Updating documents and sales records
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Remain up-to-date on trends and current best practices in sales, and our target industries including Blockchain and AI.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Highly skilled at managing sales cycles and closing new business in a fast-paced environment using solution selling principles and concepts
- Superior presentation skills with the ability to create a compelling business case for a prospective customer
- Extremely collaborative with an eagerness to work hard toward lofty individual and team goals
- Experience with Web3, Blockchain, and/or Cryptocurrency technologies or demonstrate curiosity to pick up things on the go.
