How it works

Typical project process and timelines.

Design

3-5 weeks: We design a 60-120 screen application starting from developing user personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and delivering high fidelity click through prototype of the product.

UAT

2-4 weeks: We work along with your team fixing any identified bugs in real-time, while simultaneously onboarding users.
Beyond that, we can always get into an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC).

Development

12-16 weeks: We follow our systematic process covering architecture design, backlog creation for server, frontend, app, admin portal, unit tests, analytics, DevOps et al. We are agile, but can go hybrid or waterfall if the need arises. 

AMC

12-36 months: Post-deployment we are happy to get into an Annual Maintenance Contract with performance guarantees and SLAs. Bug fixes are free for the first 6 months.
