What are we looking for?

Wow Labz is instrumental in the Polkadot India initiative and started it with a mission to educate the Indian Blockchain/Crypto community about Polkadot Network, bridging the gap between Polkadot global ecosystem and the Indian blockchain ecosystem. With Polkadot India, we help network best and provide opportunities to the Indian developers, builders, and entrepreneurs while growing the Polkadot ecosystem.

As part of our mission to deliver quality education on Blockchain and Dapp development, we have started a developer cohort where we are helping developers transition to blockchain development. Wow Labz is looking for an amazing Blockchain and Rust Instructor for our developer cohort and community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop coding proficiency in Rust and Substrate framework
• Curating curriculum that can help bring world-class blockchain development education to our community
• Delivering live development sessions
• Directly working with our cohort members and helping them get the best out of the program
• Working directly with the other team members on the Polkadot India initiative
• Delivering quality content and assignments on regular basis to our cohort members

Desired Skills and Experience::

• 2+ years of minimum experience in Blockchain development
• Strong knowledge of big projects in the Blockchain ecosystem {Polkadot, Ethereum, Solana, Cardano to name a few }
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamental concepts like Consensus, Distributed Computing, Cryptography, etc
• Understanding of basic tokenomics and related concepts, ex: bonding curves
• Comfortable with screen presence and good technical communication
• Teaching experience of at least a cohort of 100+ people

If you have:

• Youtube channel with content on blockchain development  is a plus
• Content channels like Social Media or a Blog with a focus on blockchain development and rust  is a plus
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects  is a plus
